    U should have vidoes we can just follow of u doing these things step by step. Make it so much more simple for us. U working out with us or i should say us working out with u would make it better. And u could push us when we think about pausing your vid cuz we r tired. U sweat 2. Be cool like that.

    Hey Trav, years ago my boxing coach made us tie a rope about shoulder distance apart around both ankles. Seemed to help so thought I would share.
