In the post apocalyptic world of Covid-19... we have to workout within the confines of our own homes.
...which is 50% of what I do anyway.
SO... I have created an 8 minute workout for you to do, which will build your JAB.
This brief little training nugget will solve a few of your hypothetical problems:
1. I'm bored
Well go build a weapon.
2. I don't have time to work out.
It's 8 minutes. I waste 8 minutes just by pooping lazily.
3. I want to punch someone in the face.
In a couple short weeks, you will have the ability to do so with stinging efficacy.
Here's the workout. Put it on. Punch the air. Punch a bag. When I punch... YOU punch. Simple as that.
