Become a great striker in as little time as possible, using as few techniques as possible.
Introduction
A few words to get you started, and to ensure that you get the most from this course.
The Human Weak Points Section
This is a moderately important video about the contents of this section, and the order in which you should probably go through it.
Part 1. - The Jaw and Eyes
Part #1. - The Jaw & Eyes
This video will show you the absolute best ways to induce knockout with strikes to the head, and will also teach you the most effective ways to attack the eyes of your opponent.
Set-Up #2. The Overhand Right And Some Tricks
In this video, I teach you how to throw the overhand right, and give you some easy ways to go head hunting with it.
Set Up #1. Slipping into an Uppercut / Hook
Snapping the head back AND spinning it is the single most reliably way to score a knockout...
Technique #1. Long and Short Uppercuts
Uppercut technique differs wildly depending on the length of the punch that you need to throw. This video will have you snapping your opponent's head up and back from all distances.
Technique #2. A Study In The Greatest Hook Throwers
When figuring out the best way to throw our hooks, it is (again) extremely helpful to research the best fighters to ever throw it. In this video, we take a deep look at the Top 5 best hook throwers in combat history.
Technique #3. Hook Technique - Broken Down
Now that we've seen how 'the best' do it, this video will breakdown hook technique, step by step, so that you can do it... starting with the 'jumping hook'.
Part 2. - The Solar Plexus
Part #2. - The Solar Plexus
We have all had our wind knocked out, and it's horrible. This video tells you exactly how that happens, and how we can reliably make it happen to our opponents.
Direct Targeting Technique: The Front Kick
You don't even have to be clever... just fire this kick with solid technique, and the fight can end as quickly as it began.
Set-Up: The Double Jab & Cross To The Body
Once your jab and cross are flowing, this Set-Up will be able to flow as well... to multiple parts of the body, and into beneficial attack angles.
Required Technique: The Jab
This is our most important punch, and the distancing tool that all of our other weapons will linger just behind.
Required Technique: The Cross
The straight punch from our rear hand packs knockout power and extreme mobility when done correctly. In this video, we examine the best cross throwers in history, and break down their technique.
Part 3. - The Liver
The Liver
This is arguably the human weak point that causes the most suffering, while being combined with debilitation amidst full consciousness.
Set-Up: The Liver Shot
In this video, you will learn a brilliant method of setting up a strike to the liver with a brutal penetrating hook.
Required Technique #1. - The Cross
Both forms of cross footwork are going to be used in this set-up... one for the feint, and one for the entry into the liver strike.
Required Technique #2. - Hook Technique - Broken Down
To strike the liver, we need to throw a modified 'penetrating' hook. Proper hook footwork will maximize the chances of that punch landing.
Part 4. - The Brain Stem
The Brain Stem
If you've ever heard of a 'rabbit punch', then you're aware of our second human weak point. This is a very vulnerable spot on the head, and several great ways to target it.
Set Up #1. - A Sneaky Brain Stem Strike From 'Closed Guard'
If you end up on your back in a life-or-death situation, this sneaky strike could cause some debilitation
Set Up #2. - Another Potentially Useful Brain-Stem Strike Idea
This is a theoretical attack from a Muay Thai clinch, but certainly seems like it would work.
Part 5. - The Leg
Part 5. - The Leg
This video will teach you about both weaknesses in the leg, and the location of nerves that when impacted will make it difficult for your opponent to stand.
Set-Up: The Jab / Roundhouse Combo
In this video we cover a set up that is reliable, tricky, and extremely difficult to defend. (The Roundhouse Technique is included in this video)
Required Technique: The Jab
This is our most important punch, and the distancing tool that all of our other weapons will linger just behind. (Again, the roundhouse technique is covered in the Set Up video!)
The Fundamentals
The Stance
This video will show you the every crucial stance-related detail that you need, but more importantly, every single trade-off that you will make by adjusting your stance to each opponent.
The Front Kick
This is the longest strike in our arsenal, which makes it a uniquely powerful distancing tool.
The Jab
This is our most important punch, and the distancing tool that all of our other weapons will linger just behind.
Feinting and Unpredictability
Now that you can throw a jab, you must immediately be able to feint the jab... otherwise, you become predictable. (Predictable fighters are countered more easily.)
The Cross
The straight punch from our rear hand packs knockout power and extreme mobility when done correctly. In this video, we examine the best cross throwers in history, and break down their technique.
A Study In The Greatest Hook Throwers
When figuring out the best way to throw our hooks, it is (again) extremely helpful to research the best fighters to ever throw it. In this video, we take a deep look at the Top 5 best hook throwers in combat history.
Hook Technique

Long and Short Uppercuts
Uppercut technique differs wildly depending on the length of the punch that you need to throw. This video will have you snapping your opponent's head up and back from all distances.
The Jab Roundhouse Combo
Ok, I know that this is technically a 'set up' video and not a 'technique' video, but it's the only video in which we discuss Roundhouse technique... so use the video slider to jump to the roundhouse part.
Blocking Techniques
Rampage Blocks
A Rampage Block is versatile enough to defend just about any strike sent at your big head.
Shielding
This is a comprehensive system for defending the entire side of your body from roundhouse kicks.
Angle Changing Techniques
The Step-Around
This large, hinging step is arguably the best way to continue an angled attack to the side of your rear hand, aka a 'rear sided' attack.
The Hop Across
The Hop-Across is a fast, bi-directional angle changing movement that will rapidly move you to a position outside your opponent's front shoulder.
Basic (And Advanced) Angle Changes
The 'Advanced Angle Change' is our most important lead side angle taking movement, and the 'Basic' version is also useful.
The Step Out (another 'bonus')
This is a snazzy way to create an angled opening with a lightning-fast variation of a penguin slip.
Head Movement Techniques
The U-Slip
This is the best slip for dodging hooks, setting up our own hooks, and it can also be used as an entry technique.
The Penguin Slip
A staple of Mike Tyson's style, this is a brain-scrambling entry and 'slip' technique ideal for dodging straight punches.
The Rear Slip
Great for 'exits', the rear slip is the only head movement that will make every feasible head strike miss.
The Rear-Side Straight Slip
We covered the 'lead' shoulder rear slip in the H.W.P on the Jaw and Eyes. The rear side is quite a bit different.

Inside Zone' vs 'Outside Zone'
Now that you can slip in both directions, it's time to examine the targets that will result, and determine your preferred pathways of attack.
Slipping With Straights & Identifying Tendencies
Again, your ability to 'straight slip to either side will pay off, but this time with high percentage, diabolical counter striking. Additionally, we begin making predictions that allow us to do even more damage.
The Slide Back (a bonus technique)
The slide back is a fundamental movement that returns you to a safe distance after any attack, while being elusive. It's just a smart thing for us to stick in here.
The Next Level
That Which Happens Always
There are certain techniques that should be executed at all times in a fight, and for strategic purposes, might even be established in a specific order.
Identifying and Exploiting Tendencies
The smartest way to land strikes is to identify defensive tendencies in your opponent. By finding the 'weakness' in those tendencies, you can throw strikes that will exploit it.
Chaos Pt. 1 - Entry Attacks and Slip Sequences
In this video, we begin combining both scripted and intuitive attacks together to form long, elaborate combinations intended to do damage... while pushing towards a strategic position.
Chaos Pt. 2 - Safety Levels
This video will assign a numerical 'Safety Levels' to your position, depending on the degree of angle that you take relative to your opponent, and will start asking the question, "what kind of fighter do you want to be?"
Chaos Pt. 3 - 'Rear Side' Angled Attacks
This video will teach you my preferred methods of attacking and attaining deeper safety levels to the side of your rear hand. This is most useful in orthodox vs orthodox fights.
Chaos Pt. 4 - 'Lead Side' Angled Attacks
This video will teach you my preferred methods of attacking and attaining deeper safety levels to the side of your lead hand. This is most useful in orthodo vs southpaw fights.
Minimalist Workouts
The Jumping Hook Workout
It's a workout that helps you build your jumping hook. That why it's called 'the jumping hook workout'.
The Jab Workout
This is a high quality 20 minute jab workout that will build an insane lead hand weapon.
