Hey Trav, great video, as usual. I love this technique, and I would suggest not an improvement but an option. As a high school wrestler, I loved the single leg, and one of my favorite ways to get it was to head butt the shoulder on the same side as the leg I was trying to get. It tends to distract and unbalance your opponent, thereby making it easier to get the leg. Given the speed you’re coming in with after slipping the punch, I think driving the head into the shoulder could be very effective. I wouldn’t say it’s a better option, just an option. CTE issues aside, of course….thanks for all the great content!

protect your chin as it is place you will get KO and will then need clean underpants…
