This is a very solid video that introduces one of the most important fighting concepts that you will ever learn: How do you hit someone and not get hit back?

Humans like to talk about things.
I would like to email you if possible. I need to talk to you. Please
This is great. All karate and kung fu (of years ago) never had moving side to side, nor did they get into covering up–major omission. My related question is What to do if hit? There must be a chapter on that. This one has the guy “getting out of there,” and that sounds good, but what more than that? “Don’t get hit” was the first thing I heard from you months ago, but “what if?” A semester on that could be filled, I suspect.

Sure wish i could take your class directly. You seem to be a very common sense and experienced self-defense expert. We probably live too far apart.
Is this Tai Sabaki, the modern way?
If both fighters are orthodox and one circles to the left, then doesn’t that leave him open to the power-shot?
I’ll answer your question with a question: “Do you think that it’s smart to only move in one direction?”
Very complete and simple…. good!
