Nate Diaz is Horrible

A frame by frame analysis

In today's email, I won't be bragging about how I was 100% correct in my assessment of the McGregor vs Cerrone fight.  Bragging is unbecoming.

I'm also not going to talk about how I've been teaching shoulder strikes since 2012 in The Head Movement Training Program.

Therefore, I can't possibly mention that I did an extensive breakdown of this technique in The Virtual Dojo last weekend.  That would prompt all sorts of questions, considering most don't even know what The Virtual Dojo is.

Instead, I will just sit here smugly, because today's email is about Nate Diaz... apparently.

I casually mentioned last week that Nate Diaz is a horrible striker, and I believe this from the bottom of my heart.  He is a tough guy, but

His technique is terrible

His strategy is non-existant

And his overall level of predictability is just absolutely atrocious

These sentiments seem to perplex those who like Nate Diaz... so I've decided to explain myself.

Here is a video where I break down some of his striking form and his egregious tendencies frame by frame.

You will learn about 498 things that you should NOT be doing.

You will learn how to exploit all of the tendencies that Nate has.

You will see why he was actually effective against Donald Cerrone

We will watch Nate embarrass himself in a number of capacities.

Enjoy, and have a fantastic weekend.

P.S.  I like Nate Diaz.  I find him to be entertaining, and I envy his absolute fearlessness.  His striking is still terrible.
