I don’t understand why the bald guy spinning it doesn’t use his other arm to defend himself. This is a bad and beginner habit. Spinning cannot be done without a defensive hand.
My 8 year old step son had a simular kick that i just kinda blew off. Now I realize that it is effective! I apprecate this video. Hopefully it will inspire him to get back in martial arts. Keep the vides coming!
