Thank you for this info. While watching this video I tried the elbow quick extension and when I turned my thumb down my elbow popped eliminating
(may be temporary) tennis elbow pain.
I know not the purpose of the video but still very cool
This is huge. The turning over technique makes perfect sense. Pain in the elbow is one of the last things I’d want to have a problem with during a fight. Trav always has pure gold in his videos. ✊👊

I need to fight again it’s easy to fight but I never leaned the right way thxs for the tips

I’m twisting my wrist but my elbow is still hurting, I’m not sure if I’m just punching wrong or I have tennis elbow.
Trav get a copy of jack Dempsey book. So many things we need to redo. Highly reccommend
