How to win a fight with one leg kick...

This is an incredibly cool lesson that takes advantage of specific weaknesses within human anatomy.  This video probably could have been one or two minutes long, but its still effing important.  It contains the secret weak point on a persons leg, tips on turning your shins into weapons, and tips on how to strike the weak point more consistently.

Here's the comment section...

Humans like to talk about things.

  • Great video. Bruce Lee always warned us about the dangers of using high kick on the street. He always used low kicks in a real fight!

  • I posted this in the “Cro Cop set up” in the striking dojo but I don’t think you have seen it. Can you make a video on how to throw a high kick or is that in the ultimate program

  • For a few month I hooked up with nasty foot Steve Anderson. He was in his clubhouse in his apartment complex. He was into point karate. It was a way to keep him in shape. It was free for me because people stop going. He was big. Loved it, to bad it ended. Now I’m much older and just need the basics again . Thank you so much for your time, it’s the best and
    it is well appreciated.

  • Like Bruce Lee said, about boards, bags don’t hit back. Full contact is how you learn tune your self. But it cost so much. Can’t thank you enough.

  • Your knife defense video is bang on.. I’m a 5 dan in ninjitsu with various other styles within it and I agree.
I always tell my students to expect to get cut. These techniques may work against a stationary knife such as a robbery attack but not against someone who wants to damage you. The only video I have so far seen is a marine and a cop showing how to disarm a knife that I like. First of all if by yourself, run.
