I never would of expected that, but being a professional fighter, if i was the guy on the floor ,after that lose, my work outs would be stratigic,coordination( fight forward,backward, side to side! reflex, strenght, ability and practice dodging mostly ,remembering a kick can easily appear then dodging and punching.
Mainly getting back to the drawing board for me.
